STAFF at Basildon and Southend Hospitals were celebrating today after scoring five stars each in a guide to hospital services across the UK. The two Essex hospitals featured in The Mail on Sunday's Good Hosptial Guide - which covered every hospital in the country. The top scoring hospitals over all were the Royal London and St Bartholomew's hospitals, which are jointly managed as the Barts and London NHS, the two hospitals both scored ten stars. BASILDON babe, Denise Van Outen has been voted among the top third of the 300 most beautiful women of all Time. The former Big Breakfast presenter, who recently landed a part in the New York hit musical, Chicago, came 65th in the Sunday Express survey.
