Cruiser passengers saved

THREE people were brought safely ashore after their motor cruiser ran aground.
Southend RNLI hovercraft and Canvey Coastguard came to the aid of motor cruiser Baltic after it found itself in trouble at the entrance to Smallgains Creek.
The three occupants were then transported to safety by the hovercraft and coastguard.
