COMMUTERS on the c2c line between Laindon and Leigh are being warned of service changes between Sunday and the end of next week to allow engineering work on the line.
Trains will run as normal from Fenchurch Street to Laindon, and to Stanford-
Le-Hope, via Ockendon. However, buses and a shuttle train service will be brought in to ferry passengers between Laindon and Leigh, and from Stanford-le-Hope to Leigh on Sunday
A shuttle train service will also operate between Shoebury and Leigh.
Normal service will continue to run between Barking and Grays, via Rainham.
Between Monday to Thursday next week, trains running after 10.40pm between London and Shoebury will be diverted via Rainham, so the line between Upminster and Pitsea via Laindon can be closed.
Buses will replace trains between Upminster and Pitsea via Laindon, while the service via Ockendon will run as normal.
