TWO men, who died after a motorbike collided with a car, were both over the drink-drive limit, an inquest heard. Abdul Madden, 23, and pillion passenger Mohammed Uddin, 22, were travelling along the A127, when they attempted to overtake a Citreon car.
Their Suzuki motorbike clipped the rear of the car, causing it to smash into the central reservation, Chelmsford Coroners Court heard.
Coroner Caroline Beasley-Murray ruled the men's deaths, on June 4 last year, were accidental.
