Braintree Town have made it into the Conference South play-offs after a 2-1 away triupmh over Eastbourne Borough.
A Bradley Quinton penalty and a Billy Burgess goal saw off Eastbourne and secured third place for the Iron.
They will now play Havant and Waterlooville home and away in the play-offs, away on Wednesday and then home on Saturday.
The Iron were awarded a penalty for handball on 33 minutes, which skipper Quinton put calmly past the home keeper.
Eastbourne levelled through Alan Tait just before the interval, but the deciding goal came on the hour when Burgess drilled the ball into the roof of the net.
