Football: Club's gesture to Iron fans

Braintree Town have announced that the club will be providing free coach travel for all supporters wanting to watch the promotion play-off semi-final first leg match at Havant and Waterlooville on Wednesday evening.

Supporters' club chairman Gordon Humphris has been asked to co-ordinate the coaches making the journey down to Havant, with a likely departure time of 4pm.

Chairman Lee Harding said without the help and backing of the club's supporters, they would not have been able to take part in the end of season play-offs."
